Founded in 2009 by pianist Thomas Valverde, the Biarritz Piano Festival quickly became one of the Southwest’s most significant musical events. Its uniqueness lies in a bold, boundary-pushing program that brings together emerging talents, renowned artists, and a wide range of repertoires—from classical to jazz to contemporary creation.
The festival also highlights Biarritz’s architectural heritage by staging intimate or spectacular concerts in historically rich venues.
